2011 was another great year for the Women Tech Council thanks to our great community, sponsors and supporters. Thank you for being part of our community.

On a rainy summer evening, the Women Tech Council held its first invitation-only Women Tech Council Summer Dinner under a double rainbow. As 2 o’clock approached, the 50+ attendees at “The State of Personalized Medicine in Utah” weren’t moving out of their seats. Facts like “70 percent of prescription drugs do not produce a benefit for the people taking them” and information on Myriad’s intellectual property lawsuit kept the debate and discussion going well over the lunch [...]

Over 50 attendees were educated and entertained by Michael Place of Xmission and Ryan Potter of Top Secret at the June Tech Talk at Grant Thornton.
