Linda Muir - Board Member

Linda Muir's passion is helping small businesses experience their dream to success in entrepreneurship. She graduated from Westminster College with both a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and an undergraduate degree in marketing. Her background in marketing encompasses working for corporations including Franklin/Covey and Bell & Howell, as well as starting, and working in, small business ventures. She became the first director of the Miller Business Innovation Center, modeling it into a center that provides vital resources necessary to effectively and efficiently launch new business ventures. She has taken her love for marketing and entrepreneurship in the classroom and has taught courses for Salt Lake Community College, SCORE, the Small Business Development Center and Westminster College. Linda is a board of trustee for the Women's Technology Council and sits on the Utah Business Lending Corporation credit committee. She currently contracts with small businesses to assist with new business development, marketing and sales functions.

Ms. Spendlove is a former Chair of both the Business and Real Estate Sections of the Utah State Bar, and she is a past president of Women Lawyers of Utah and the National Association of Women Business Owners, Salt Lake Chapter. She writes frequently for the monthly magazine, Utah Business, and lectures on business and real estate topics. Ms. Spendlove is a graduate of the University of Utah and the University of Arizona Law School.

During her career, Kelly has been privileged to sit in many different seats, from Banker, Systems Engineer, Security Specialist, Business Development Manager, District Sales Manager, and Marketer, as well as running her own retail business. Kelly's diverse background gives her the ability to understand her clients' needs and help resolve their problems. Through her leadership of the Consonus sales team, she has also been responsible for overseeing one of the highest growth periods in company history.
